A Trusted Second Opinion

Why We’re Different

Already have a neurologist? Good.

You have a choice in who cares for your brain, and many patients already see a neurologist — often the one their insurance assigned. We’re not here to compete with traditional neurology. We’re here as a second opinion, because sometimes not every option has been explored yet.

We stay on the cutting edge of evidence-based research to get to the heart of the problem — fighting to prevent and slow cognitive decline, and to make sure no stone is left unturned in protecting your mind.

Our Expertise

Evidence-based protocols designed to protect your mind and restore your vitality.

Restore. Repair. Optimize.

Cognitive Longevity

Stroke & Vascular Health

Stroke-risk assessment, prevention, and structured recovery support — neurologist-guided care for your brain’s vascular health.

Migraine Relief

Chronic headaches and migraines evaluated and treated — including therapeutic Botox — with a plan tailored to your triggers.

No Surprises

Insurance & Pricing, Simply

Transparent from the start — here’s exactly how paying for care works.

Out-of-Network, On Purpose

We’re currently an out-of-network provider for commercial health plans — which means appointments are built around your care, not insurance quotas.

Superbills for Reimbursement

After your visit, you receive a comprehensive superbill to submit to your health plan for reimbursement — we make the paperwork easy.

Personal Injury Cases

We accept Letters of Protection (LOP) and PIP claims for personal-injury and auto-accident cases, including TBI, concussion, and whiplash evaluations.

Do you take insurance?

We are currently an out-of-network provider for commercial health plans. After your visit you'll receive a comprehensive superbill to submit to your plan for reimbursement.

What about personal injury cases?

We accept Letters of Protection (LOP) and PIP claims for personal-injury and auto-accident cases, and provide comprehensive evaluations for traumatic brain injuries, concussions, and whiplash.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card (for your superbill), a list of your current medications and dosages, and any relevant medical records — including prior imaging (MRI/CT), lab results, and notes from your referring or primary physician. It also helps to jot down your main symptoms, questions, and concerns beforehand. For personal-injury or auto-accident cases, please bring any Letter of Protection (LOP) or PIP documentation as well.
