Who is this membership for?
Individuals aged 18 and older who want direct, ongoing access to Dr. Frazey — especially those who already reach out for guidance and would rather formalize that relationship than feel like they’re asking for a favor.
Is there an initiation fee?
Yes — a one-time $250 initiation fee covers your comprehensive initial workup, a $450 value, conducted in person or virtually, where we establish your clinical baseline and onboard your chart. This initial workup is separate from your four annual virtual consults and does not count against them.
How quickly will I get a response?
Portal messages are typically answered within 24–48 business hours. It’s a convenient front door for non-urgent questions — not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
What can I use portal messaging for?
Quick questions, prescription refills, and asynchronous triage. Messaging is unlimited, so you never have to hesitate before reaching out.
How do the virtual consults work?
Your membership includes up to four 30-minute video check-ins per year, structured as highly efficient, focused triage — designed to resolve a specific issue quickly, without the overhead of a full clinic appointment.
What happens if I use all four visits?
Additional 30-minute virtual consults are available anytime at an exclusive member rate of $99 each — a fraction of standard concierge pricing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Membership requires a 3-month minimum so we can establish a proper baseline of care and fully onboard your chart. After that, you may continue month to month.
Can I add my spouse or children?
Memberships are individual and limited to adults 18 and older. Each member enrolls separately with their own chart.
What isn’t covered?
Major neurological workups and the management of controlled substances require a formal, in-person clinical visit and are not covered under virtual-only management. Your membership complements in-person care — it doesn’t replace it.
